Hello Everybody, I hope that you are all having a great day. I was able to go into the silence this past week for about eight hours and it was a good experience. I started out on Thursday morning and at first it was a little difficult to calm my mind down as it was racing to start the day as it normally does. I finally calmed it down and then I kept having an overwhelming desire to check e-mails and my phone for texts and to see the latest developments on social media (as if the world could not get along without me for a few hours LOL), but after about an hour all of that passed. I then did my morning read in silence and read some Haanel and had a good sit. I must admit that I did not have any great revelations or any major A-HA moments but as my mind calmed down and there were no distractions, I started to gain some real clarity on where I am going and how I’m going to get there and more of a very clear picture of my DMP. It’s amazing how much you can truly concentrate without any distractions for a period of time, and it’s crazy how dependent we are on mind numbing distractions such as television, radio, internet and social media…while all of these things if used wisely do hold some importance and value, most of us can abuse these things just as filler so that we can avoid the important and valuable things that we should be pursuing…I know that I’m guilty and I’m working on replacing those old habits. I will have at least one more opportunity to go into the silence this coming week for about eight hours and then the following week I should be able to go into a two to three day session…I am so looking forward to it because I know that with practice of this exercise and more focus and concentration I will have those revelations and A-HA moments.
It was great listening to the video of The Science of Getting Rich this past week. I read that book a few years ago and I sort of remembered the jist of it but I had forgotten most of the details. There are so many great principles and methods contained in that book and they are so in line with what we are experiencing in our journey. What really blew me away was the way that the Golden Rule was introduced…We usually say “Treat others as you want to be treated.” and that is a Golden Rule, but in S.G.R. it was given as “What I want for myself, I want for everybody.” I guess it basically means the same thing, But it just seems so powerful and giving in our service to others.
Have a great week Everybody, I bid you:
Peace, Love, Happiness and Kindness…God Bless.
Hello fabulous Peeps, I hope You are all having a great day. I just re-watched last weeks webby and I am reeling in pure wonderfulness. I picked up so much more this second time around and I am going to go back at least a couple more times. We received The Tool Box, showing us how to take undesirable emotions and use them as tools for our good such as:
FEAR/ energy, concentration, focus.
ANGER/ energy to change.
UNWORTHINESS/ keeps us on track.
GUILT/ validates good, know what to do.
HURT FEELINGS/ remind us how much we care.
This is all such a new and enlightening way for me to look at these emotions. I will need to study and practice and apply these to my life…It will be a process and a new journey within this already incredible journey. My first order of business will be as Mark J. explained about the feeling of unworthiness and how it pertains to the fact that we sometimes want to be Everything to Everybody and basically make positive change to many things in the world all at the same time and how there just are not enough hours in the day and not enough of our self to go around…Well this was a pleasant punch in the gut for me because I know realize “WHAT I WAS PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW”. I have too much on my plate as far as my DMP is concerned, I have spread myself way to thin and as Mark said, when there is too much, we bounce from one thing to another and that magnifying glass cannot focus on any one thing long enough to be effective. So I will have to make some changes…For example…There is a non-profit that I wanted to start, for the care of the elderly folks in this world that have been forgotten…So I will either have to push out the start date on that or just find a good current organization and just help and donate to them and also do some other re-arranging on my DMP, so that I can FOCUS, FOCUS and FOCUS on my priorities and get busy…How will he do this You ask??? Well it will all begin with the silence or as Doug Heffernan refers to it as SHUTTY-TOWN LOL.
FOCUS, FOCUS AND FOCUS!!!
I have put aside two separate days this coming week to do a minimum of eight hours of silence and I am planning to get on the next bus to SHUTTY-TOWN to do a two to three day trip away from it all in the very near future. I am so looking forward to all of these experiences in the silence, it will be such an awesome time to have a direct connection with The Universal Mind or as I refer to Him as God The Father. I know that I will come away with so many answers and some new found gifts that I have always had inside myself and some needed changes to my DMP.
If you happen to be reading this blog and you are not a member of the MKMMA then I’m glad that you are here and some of the references that I make, may not make any sense to you and this is a life changing six month journey, so for me to explain it to you, would take…OH…about six months…But if this resonates with your soul then please contact me and I will hook you up for the next session and believe-you-me the more I tell you…The better it sounds.
Until next week, I bid you…
Peace, Love, Kindness and Happiness…God Bless.
Albert Einstein stated “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Well my friends, I choose to live my life as though everything is a miracle. This is a no-brainer for me because the way that I see it, There can be no other way. I have always believed in miracles, because as far as I’m concerned, Life itself is a miracle. After starting my journey on The Master Key Experience, My awareness of miracles was heightened, But after this past weeks live webcast my awareness of miracles has jumped into Super-Duper Overdrive…From The Fabulous Davene’s lesson in physics to Mark J’s analogy of the ten year old kid in the batters box, He’s scrawny and scared, we can see his fear, but he stays in the box and we no longer have pity but we become inspired, because we are observers of greatness, we are all connected, we are all participating in this miracle. (By the way, I Love Baseball, so Baseball is a miracle also LOL)…And last but certainly not least, Trish told the beautiful story about her five year son who had never heard anything about God before…He said to her “Mommy I think I know what God is” Trish then said, “Please tell me , what is God?” and He calmly said “GOD IS EVERYTHING”…………WOW!!! This really hit home with me, because I have always felt, even as a small child, that God is everywhere and in everything. So I am in this state of grace, beautiful, miraculous flow and I will be perfectly honest with you, I am never going back. I am nature’s greatest miracle and life is beautiful……….By the way, Albert Chose to live life as though everything is a miracle.
I found The Master Key – Part Twenty-One to be so powerful. A while back I had some good powerful and productive sits, but lately my sits have been kind of dry and I had not felt any real connections, until after reading this weeks lesson…my sits have been awesome, I have had some good concentration and good connections. the whole lesson was awesome, but these two passages have helped me with my sits:
16. “If the desire is one which requires determination, ability, talent, courage, power or any other spiritual power, these are necessary essentials for your picture; build them in; they are the vital part of the picture; they are the feeling which combines with thought and creates the irresistible magnetic power which draws the things you require to you. They give your picture life, and life means growth, and as soon as it beings to grow, the result is practically assured.”
28. “For your exercise this week, concentrate on the Truth. Try to realize that the Truth shall make you free, that is, nothing can permanently stand in the way of your perfect success when you learn to apply the scientifically correct thought methods and principles. Realize that you are externalizing in your environment your inherent soul potencies. Realize that the Silence offers an ever-available and almost unlimited opportunity for awakening the highest conception of Truth. Try to comprehend that Omnipotence itself is absolute silence, all else is change, activity, limitation. Silent thought concentration is therefore the true method of reaching, awakening, and then expressing the wonderful potential power of the world within.”
It’s been a pleasure Folks, until next week I bid You:
Peace, Love, Happiness and Kindness…God Bless.
Hello everybody, I hope that this day finds you well. I’d like to start out by wishing a great big KUDOS to our MK guidance team for that ground-shaking webby last Sunday it was in a word Phenomenal. I used the paired comparison chart and figured out my A & B and I am back on track, it’s crazy that just a few simple changes can make such a big difference and Wooden’s Pyramid of Success…So you’ve heard the term of being set up for failure or setting yourself up for failure…Well in our case on this MKMMA Journey we have been set up for success or given the tools to set ourselves up for success, not only did we all know this, but it was proven to us by going over Wooden’s Pyramid of Success, step by step as it has been presented to us over the last five months…Too Cool!!! In all of this Greatness of a webby the grandest highlight for me was when the Fabulous Davene explained the concept of having a Genetic Disposition to become more. I won’t go into the details but this literally knocked my socks off. I had always felt in some situations that I did not belong, like in school or at certain jobs, I just did not agree with the curriculum or methods that I was being taught or being instructed to perform at a job. I was never a person to conform, especially when the methods that I was instructed to perform to complete a task did not make any sense to me and when I had a better suggestion, I was shot down just to have management bring up my new idea months later as their own…(the scoundrels) Welcome to Corporate America Right??? Anyway, now that I got that out of my system, when the Fab D. so eloquently explained this concept, It brought it all home for me, All those years of wondering why???….My questions have been answered….I have a Genetic Predisposition to become more and do more in this world…HALLELUJAH!!!
I just finished watching the film “Finding Joe” for the second time and if you have not seen this, then I highly recommend that you take a couple of hours and experience it. The film goes into some of the teachings of Joseph Campbell and really focuses on the Hero’s Journey…I came out of the movie with a much richer understanding of the Hero’s Journey. I won’t go into too much detail on the film, in case you have not seen it but I will share Brian Johnson’s thoughts on fear…It goes something like this: Fear is an inherent part of the human experience, it’s not about getting rid of fear, Where is it going to go??? There’s no where for it to go…We must have courage to move forward in spite of the fear that we feel. Courage is like a muscle, we must build it up, make it stronger. We must consistently go up to our fears and go one step past them…and another step past them….and another step past them and you’ll find that your comfort zone expands every time that you do the things that used to freak you out and these things will not freak you out as much anymore and you have this tool…You have the strength to literally to lift more in your life as you face your fears authentically. (Very Cool!!!)
It’s been a pleasure talking at You All today…Until next week,
I bid You Peace, Love, Happiness and Kindness…God Bless.
Hello Friends, I hope that you are all having a great day today. We have been reading and learning all along that what we think is what we manifest in our lives and we all know now that this is a fundamental truth. In studying lesson 19 of the Master Keys this past week I had a great epiphany that “THOUGHT IS POWER” Thought has power over everything, over fear, over lack and poverty, over health and well being. I think that passage seventeen in this weeks lesson says it all…
“17. You may know that thought constantly, eternally is taking form, is forever seeking expression, or you may not, but the fact remains that if your thought is powerful, constructive, and positive, this will be plainly evident in the state of your health, your business and your environment; if your thought is weak, critical, destructive and negative generally, it will manifest in your body as fear, worry and nervousness, in your finance as lack and limitation, and in discordant conditions in your environment.”
WOW!!! So much power packed into such a short and simple statement. I think that if any person was to read this statement and believe it to be a truth and apply it to their life, they would have great results…Of course it’s not as easy as it sounds due to the fact that we have all been conditioned in our lives that unless we buy a certain toothpaste or laundry detergent or a certain brand of corn flakes, or act in a certain way(I think you get the picture) that we won’t measure up to any kind of value in our society. What a sad state of affairs we’ve gotten ourselves into…Thank goodness that this incredible journey has found us and taught us all of these great truths and heightened our awareness so that we may greatly improve our lives and those around us and on a larger scale, the world around us.
I just watched the film “I Am” yesterday actually I watched it twice and what a great experience it was. I won’t go into all of the details, in case you haven’t seen it yet, but I will talk about a couple of the many things that I took from the film. In the film Tom Shadyac shows the contrast of the richest of the rich to the poorest of the poor and what is wrong with this picture? He shows the grandest estates and properties while across the street people are picking through garbage cans and across the border and around the world the poorest of the poor in their de-humanizing conditions. Tom states that the need to accumulate so much is a definition of insanity or mental illness. I refer to it as greed and it is a disease especially when so many have so little or nothing at all. The worst part is that greed is an accepted way of life in this world, especially in our own country. Another point that I took from the film is that through Love, understanding and awareness, we can all do something about this…we may not be able to personally change the world, but what about helping that person next to you or the person down the street or any person that you encounter along your path. It starts with us, if everybody did just a little to help another, imagine what this world would be like. I think we all had a good example of this through our new found awareness of Kindness. Tom sent a letter to someone asking the question, What is wrong with our world….and the response that he received was “I AM”………..It all starts with us………….Come on Peeps, We can do this!!!
I also watched the film “Finding Joe” another great experience….I will talk about that one next week, until then, have a great week.
I bid you Peace, Love, Happiness and Kindness…God Bless. 🙂
Hello Everybody, I hope that you are all having a great week. The virtue that I have been working on and observing this week is Persistence. The dictionary describes persistence as: To go on resolutely or stubbornly in spite of DIFFICULTIES. That’s the tough one, it’s easy to persist on something of interest when the going is easy and the path is wide and brightly lit and everything is going your way and everybody is interested in what you are trying to achieve and everybody is well-wishing and there is plenty of assistance whenever you need it…REALLY??? Is life usually this generous when you are starting a project??? NOT BLOODY LIKELY!!! LOL But seriously folks when we start out on a project that holds quite a bit of interest or importance to us, we usually start with many great ideas and plenty of ENTHUSIASM!!! For the most part the venture usually starts out positive and there are usually well wishers not everybody, but some and at that point we could care less of the negative opinions of others because we are on a mission and we believe that we we are on the right path to do something great. Now you are on your way and things are going well but your research has started to dry up and you are seeking help and guidance from others and they may not be so cooperative and that once wide, brightly lit path has now become narrow and is now dimly lit and all of the opinions of the negative naysayers that you ignored at the beginning are starting to race through your mind and suddenly all of your well-wishers are not so positive any more and you start to wonder if you’re on the right path or if you’re just wasting time and resources…(I think you get the picture)…These are the difficulties and this is the time when persistence becomes key…This is when you need to dig your heels in, toughen up and just go for it no matter what. Before I started the MKMMA I did not understand any of these principles. I never attempted to start anything of any kind of difficulty because I just assumed that I could not do it. When I did start any type of project, usually when the first difficulty or obstacle appeared I was done. I was in the habit of giving myself permission to quit without even a second thought.
Ever since I started the MKMMA Course everything has changed I have my DMP (Definite Major Purpose) when in the past I had no direction. I have replaced old habits with new good habits. Through the Master Keys and Og and all of the activities, guidance and exercises, everything has changed in my life…Long story, short…I now know that I can manifest anything that I want in my life and instead of giving myself permission to quit, I now give myself permission to succeed. I have given myself permission to Love and Become my future Self…I Persist and I Succeed.
I have observed persistence in others this past week I have seen it in Dogs and Cats and in other people, but if you ever want an excellent example in persistence, just watch a child. After observing children this past week I feel that I am now an expert in persistence. Children believe that they can do anything, that quality has not been taken from them yet. They ask many questions (Masterminding)…They will try and try again until they complete the task at hand…When they have a request they start asking the adults, if one says no, they move on to the next and so on until they complete their mission. It is fascinating, I could go on for hours….So if your ever in need of some persistence, just observe a child and you’ll be back on track.
It’s been a pleasure talking to you today, until next week…
I wish you Peace, Love, Happiness and Kindness…God Bless.
